There was frustration out there and we haven't had a lot of that this year. We took ourselves out of the game. We have to play better as a team. The five guys on the floor have to play better as a team and trust each other and we're not doing that right now.

I think it's been a very good trade for us in that we needed a change in our season. What was happening wasn't working. Getting Ron more than halfway through the year, it's given us an energy level. That's been the biggest thing this team needed.

I think the Spurs are going to play the same no matter who's out there. When I looked at the tape, I thought it's possible they'll send a message and (upgrade) it to a flagrant foul, but I had no idea they would suspend him.

He's definitely had an impact on the way we defend because he is a great defender. He gives us a guy who can basically shut down people. He also does things you just can't teach. Every situation, he has great instinct and he has great physical ability.
