ball pass playing struggled turned
We struggled playing the game. We didn't pass the ball very well. We turned it over. And playing on the road, you can't turn it over like we turned it over.
ball game pass playing shot struggled turned win
We struggled playing the game tonight. We didn't pass the ball well, we turned the ball over, you can't win like that. We shot the ball poorly, and our decision-making was bad.
general happy sit talent
We're not going to sit back and let this continue. We're not happy about what's going on, and I know Mr. Geoff Petrie (the general manager) is not happy either. We have too much talent for this.
knew
We knew they were going to make a run. They always do here.
attack crowd game knew
We knew they were going to come out and attack us. It was the first game here. The crowd was into it.
ball moved shot solid win
We shot the ball really well. I think if you're making shots, it makes a big difference. We moved the ball well and had 26 assists. It was just a solid win from the start.
ball opposite shot sums turned
We shot poorly, turned the ball over. We didn't play well. Twenty-eight turnovers and 13 assists? That's usually opposite for us. That sums it up for me. Can't say much more than that.
attention build catch control destiny energy golden guys hopefully past paying seven state teams trying
We still control our own destiny and teams still have to catch us. In the past seven games, we haven't been paying attention to detail. Guys were trying to do it themselves. We wanted to come out with a different energy and we showed it tonight. Hopefully we can build off this, but we'll find out at Golden State (on Friday).
ball chris great played shots
(Webber) rebounded the ball well. Chris is always going to make shots because he has a great feel for the game. I thought he played well.
ball brad game hit left mistake moved overtime patience plenty standing three took
The patience at the end of the game there when Brad hit the three was terrific. We had plenty of time, we moved the ball around and they made a mistake and left Brad standing there. Then in the overtime we took control, especially when Odom fouled out.
brad execute feed guys kept plays tried
We did what we wanted to do. You've got to execute down the stretch, you've got to get stops. We couldn't get a stop, but we kept scoring. We tried to put it in Brad and Mike's hands, let them make plays and the other guys feed off of them.
break caught definitely game hard last night
We definitely caught a break after they had such a hard game last night. It wasn't pretty, but I'll take it.
came chance controlled couple game gave guys hard last missed offensive ourselves played point rattled shots stretch
They played hard down the stretch to make it a two point game and gave ourselves a chance to win. We missed shots and then Nash came back in and controlled the last couple minutes. Those other guys were getting rattled and he came back in and controlled the offensive end.
changes coach guys hard lose mean sure until
You can't lose two guys like that without having a lot of problems. Those are the guys you play around and it changes everything when they are not there. It doesn't mean you can't win, but it sure makes it hard to coach until you get those guys back.
