behind fun gratifying last six teams three
It's gratifying to come from where we were, especially the last three weeks. We got back into this thing, and that's a real accomplishment. On Jan. 30, we were behind about six teams that didn't make it. ... This is the fun part. It's a new season, and anything can happen.
beginning fourth quarter solid third
It was a really solid win. At the end of the third quarter and the beginning of the fourth we tightened it up defensively.
ok
It tightened up on him. Hopefully, he'll be OK by Friday.
huge needed road stretch win
It's a big win for us obviously. They needed a win, too, and any win you can get down the stretch especially on the road. Any road win we can get right now is really huge for us.
ball call plays
I told him I would put the ball in his hands, call plays for him, make him make decisions.
came fight hung kept proud
It's a real sense of accomplishment. We had to fight through so many things. We made the trade, we had injuries, but we just kept coming. I'm really proud of the way they came back. They hung together, and now they're in.
sure trying
We're just trying to make sure somebody's on him all the time.
care eight fight trying
We're just trying to get one of those eight (playoff) spots, we don't care where it is. It's going to be a fight right down to the end.
compete reason team
We're a different team than we were before. There's no reason we can't go out and compete in this series.
game simple win
We got to win that game. Simple as that.
games road win
We're going to have to win some games on the road if we're going to get in the playoffs.
last mentally
We're just mentally different than we were two years ago or even last season.
team
We were a team without a personality. With Ron, we have one.
ball calmed forced half halftime second simple talked trying
We were trying to make the spectacular play, and all we talked about at halftime was trying to make the simple play. I thought the first half we really forced a lot of things, and during the second half, we calmed down the ball pretty well.
