It would be huge to beat them. We beat them last year for the first time in 30 years. We'll be happy if we get close, but we know we're capable of competing with them. We aren't scared to play anybody.

I understand that in TV, people like likable people. In film, you can get away with playing a terrible person. In TV, you're in people's homes every week.

I understand I'm a sinner. I'm not perfect, and I need a Savior, and that I'm not going to make it to Heaven on merits and doing good things.

I used to always prefer to text, and in fact got indignant when people called. This was totally irrational.

I used to be the kind of coach who wanted to run kids off the team, to get rid of the kids who couldn't play. But now I look at the fat kids as potential NFL linemen. I cringe when a freshman quits football. Just winning state titles won't get it done. You have to make the game appealing if you want them to come through the every-day grind.

I use that as an excuse sometimes when people laugh at me. I say I'm a lefty, leave me alone.
consistency good leagues minor pleased quality spring training
I've never had a good Spring Training in the big leagues or Minor Leagues before. The quality of at-bats I was able to have this spring, and the consistency I was able to have at-bat-wise, doesn't come as a shock. But I was very pleased to make the team.

I've never grown a beard in my life. This is just a fun thing we have going. We hope we don't have to pick up a razor the rest of the year.
