crucial good team work
Crucial breakdowns to a good team is not going to work. We had opportunities but it didn't work out.
against crucial good hard struggling team win
We had crucial breakdowns against a good team and that is not going to work. It's hard to win when you are making mistakes. Sometimes you can get away with mistakes, but we're struggling right now.
below changes league points taken teams
But there are other teams that should be better, too, because of all the changes that have taken place. You look at the league right now and to be honest, I couldn't tell you who's going to be over 100 points or who would be below 80 points.
guy team
When one guy makes a mistake, it's like dominoes from there. We have to be better as a team and as individuals.
great momentum nice records team together wins
It's nice to be a part of some history. Our team is a young team and we don't have a lot of records set. That's a lot of wins to put together in this league. It's a great momentum builder.
against behind confidence everybody great losing step streak team win
It's a big win against a team that's right behind us. With the losing streak we've been on, it's great for our confidence to get a win like that. Everybody has to step up.
believe chance good team
We have as good a chance as everybody, and I really believe that ... This team can go all the way,
chances critical defensive good played team
We played a little better, but we still have critical defensive breakdowns. You can't give a good team as many chances as we did.
came chance felt glad obviously team win
He felt the team had a better chance to win without me, so it's just the way it went. Obviously disappointing for me but I'm glad we came out with a bronze.
good obviously pleased team work
I'm obviously pleased that we're in a really good position. I really like our team and that hasn't always been the case. It's still going to take a lot of work to get in the playoffs, but that's where you have the fun.
horse late playing scoring season somehow step teams ups urgency whatever
You've got to play with urgency and we aren't playing with urgency right now. That's why we're a step late everywhere. That's why teams are scoring on us. It's a long season and there are always ups and downs. We just have to get back somehow on the horse and whatever we need to do we need to do it.
best czech europe everybody goal grow kid natural player playing practice realize remember saves since style trying watched
I've watched him play since I was 7-years-old. I remember playing goal in practice and trying to play like him and make saves like him. Then you grow up and realize that everybody is different. Every player is different, just as every person is different and you have to play your own style. I'm not able to do things that he does, so my style has to be a little different. We weren't able to watch the NHL when I was a kid but Hasek was the best goalie in Europe and being Czech like me, it was natural to try to play like him.
cancel danger decision friend front immediate life lost national
It was the right decision to cancel our other game, especially being his friend from our national team. You put life in front of everything because he was in immediate danger and he could've lost his life.
against detroit expect win
It was an embarrassing effort. We got outplayed and outscored. If you expect to play like that and win against Detroit that's impossible.
