I'm sort of playing a hunch as much as anything. That's the paradox of coaching. You have to coach for the moment to get wins, but you have to invest when you can in the future.

I think everyone feels honored to be part of it. Jaromir comes to work every day and displays what you could only hope for in a player like that, with his work habits and the way he treats his teammates and the respect he shows the organization and the coaching staff.
