Randy Douglas Edsallis an American football coach who is currently the director of football research-special projects for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League. You have to work to do that. Regardless of how many first-year guys we have in the offensive line, they're playing and that's the job they're expected to do.

The schedule that I've already made for beginning in August, I know this: Regardless of wind, rain, snow, sleet, whatever it may be, I'm never going to have to worry about changing. We can set a schedule and if I want to practice at 3:15 every day, we can practice at 3:15. Every day we're going to practice at 3:15 whether it's outside or it's inside. It will be nice when that day comes.

The schedule gives us balance in terms of not being on the road more than one week at a time. I like that the Big East games are mostly together and later in the season while we also have a good mix of non-conference foes from the ACC, Big Ten and independents along with an old traditional opponent in Rhode Island.
