Randy Douglas Edsallis an American football coach who is currently the director of football research-special projects for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League. He was the head coach at the University of Maryland from 2011 to 2015. There is a tremendous challenge for this football team this week as we head down to Atlanta. We know that they are an outstanding football team. They are well coached. A lot of these kids get rated in their junior year. There's a lot that happens between a kid's junior year and their senior year in terms of maturity, development and understanding the game. ... The ratings and all those things, that stuff never bothers me because we're going to make our evaluations.
