bothers stuff
That stuff never bothers me. We're going to make our own evaluations.
came concerns executing guys played proud situations terms
I was proud of the way our guys came out and played the game, in terms of going through executing the way we did. Sometimes you have some concerns in situations like this.
coming early mark maybe people showcase since watching work
I think coming out early like that, he has to really try and showcase himself, especially since he didn't get to go to the combines. He's got to make his mark out there with people watching him and maybe they'll work him out a little further.
coaches confidence confident help players poise
I think he'll do fine. His confidence and poise will be fine. Those are things we as coaches have to help him with this week. I'm confident in his abilities. Our coaches are confident in him and I know our players will be confident in him.
bit shake
I think he has a little bit more speed, a little bit more shake to him than what 'Bones' did.
continue game handle offense plan run together
We'll continue to run our offense and put a game plan together that we know he'll be able to handle and that everyone will be able to execute.
bit deep evaluate fit position quickly spring strong struggling tried
I thought he would fit in better back at safety. I think he was struggling a little bit at the Husky position so we wanted to put him back at strong safety, where he was probably a little bit more comfortable. We didn't want to go too deep into spring without doing that so we tried to evaluate it as quickly as we could with him.
help identified three
Those are the three that we really went after. Those are the three that we identified who we thought could really come in here and help our program.
football top win
We know that they're a very experienced football team. They feel like they've got one of the top defenses in the MAC. We know we're going to have to go out and win the game. They're not going to give us anything.
ball brings four last leadership moments role three throw
Three of the four of them had their moments last year. Each of them brings different things to the table. ... There's nothing etched in granite. I want to see how they develop. We want to see who can take the leadership role in the huddle and who can throw the ball most accurately.
ability athletic bigger good plays saw speed summer sure weight
When I saw him at our summer camp, (Hurd) demonstrated a lot of athletic ability. And he showed good speed for a big man. We'll put some weight on him and where we plays ... I'm not sure yet ... but I know he's going to keep getting bigger and better.
coming confident expect fact front man miami people played poised seen
I expect Dennis, being relaxed, to go out and play the game. It's interesting, the one thing about him, the fact that he's coming from Miami is that he's played in front of 10 to 15,000 people before. I know it's not 40,000, but from what I have seen out of him he's a poised young man and a confident young man.
extend extremely game hard kids played playing seniors
I am extremely disappointed for our seniors that weren't able to get this game and extend their season. Our kids competed hard and played hard, but playing hard doesn't get you what you want. And what we wanted was a win.
developing guys leadership level lost number opportunity people spend terms time understand
Because of the number of people we lost - we had to spend time doing some different things in terms of developing leadership and getting guys to understand what it's going to take to play at the level that we want to play at, ... A lot of the guys haven't had the opportunity to play at that level.
