I spent plenty of time in the NFL. I don't care about any of those (NFL) opportunities. They don't fit me right now.
People make mistakes all the time. We learn and grow. If there's patience and love, and you care for people, you can work them through it, and they can find their greatest heights.
We're in great shape, and everything is going to work out for the long haul. I'm not looking. I don't care about those opportunities. ... This is a good time for this. There'll be a tremendous amount of movement in the NFL a week from now.
We'll be careful with Reggie this week in practice. We'll make sure there aren't any accidents with him.

It comes down to taking care of the people in your program and making them the best they can be-not giving up on them and never failing to be there for them.
