They talk like they ain't been here before.
A lot of players will be battling for playing time in the secondary and the competition will continue into the fall.
They know that they're worked in a fashion that makes them prepare well and perform well. They're into it. They do anything we ask them to do. They deserve to have a great time doing it everyday.
They played really hard and they had a very good defense. Their scheme is very solid. They know how to mix their looks and their pressures. They came after us and were really effective.
They move the football better than ever. Sam Keller has just taken over and done a fantastic job.
They have been in difficult situations a number of times where they have been well behind and come roaring back and finished games with big finishes, big plays. This is a really good group. We will have our hands full with this one.
They had good days. It's clear that John David has been in the system a long time. When you throw Mark in there and he's got to do it play after play, there's just a lot of stuff he has to catch up on. It's kind of what we thought at this point.
They're so talent-laden that when they put their special teams together, they have terrific athletes in every spot. They're fast, they're explosive and they have terrific athletes at every spot. They've taken a bunch of great football players and when they get their chance to do something, they're making the most of it.
They're going to be revved up and prepared as they can get,
They're going to be a real problem for everybody. I don't see any way that they're not going to be a really good program.
They have terrific athletes at every spot on special teams. They're fast. They're explosive. They're playmaking guys. They're not trying to do something to outsmart you. They just put guys in position where they can physically show their talents and they just overwhelm their opponents. They pose a tremendous threat.
There's a nice little ring to it because of our NFL backgrounds. Everyone wants to see what's going to happen.

As we do every spring, we'll try to establish the high level of competitiveness, intensity and work ethic that have been the hallmark of our program. Spring football is a very important time for us to develop and capture those attributes.
