I'm perfectly happy to eat organic food, but if I choose to pay more for it, I don't pat myself on the back ethically. Quite the reverse. I think I'm actually being quite greedy, because what I'm doing is essentially saying, 'I want more land to be devoted to growing my food.'

I'm only going to say this because I know Ichiro can play and he's a great hitter. Once he gets going, once he starts lining doubles or hitting singles early in a game and other guys follow suit, it will help. It's hard to be a slow-starting team in the major leagues every night. We need to get things going early and Ichiro will be a key to that success.

I'm John McEnroe-like. I'm coming forward every opportunity I get. My wingspan covers some ground at the net. My serve is OK. I can move it around enough. My groundstrokes are good enough to hang in a rally with a good player. But generally, my goal is to put away a point quickly.

He's a big kid and he looks like a post player. But he's a kid who can stroke. We try to get him on the perimeter sometimes.

You've got personalities in people with reactions and emotions. That's what makes the sport so great, so I feel bad he got penalized at all.
