ball call good guess job putting timely
We're doing a good job of putting the ball in play. I guess you could call it timely hitting.
best chris competition easy facing great job lucky playing singles
We're very lucky to have Chris on our team. He makes everyone around him better. Playing No. 1 singles isn't easy because you're facing the best competition every day, but he's doing a great job there.
breaking leisure time
We're usually breaking down film when the show is on. There's not much leisure time during the season.
enthusiasm fired friday intensity might won
Vanderbilt might have won Friday but they were not going to have more enthusiasm and intensity than us (Saturday). We were fired up.
hot turnaround
Viacom is a turnaround story. Blockbuster has had an unbelievably hot hand.
belong games nice win
We feel like we belong at this point. It's nice to here, but we have to win games to stay.
anybody exclude
We don't want to try to exclude anybody from competing.
beat focus game played team together top
You have to really play at the top of your game to beat (Spaulding). You can tell this team has played together for a long time. You can't focus on just one person.
bad bounce excuse forget great job last leader
You get that feeling, ... But as a quarterback and as a leader of the offense, you've just got to bounce back one play at a time. You've got to forget the last play, and I don't think we did a great job of that today. I think it kind of did snowball on us. We weren't able to bounce back, and there's no excuse for that. You've got to be able to come back when bad things happen.
pass thinking throw worse
You feel like you're getting worse as a player. You can't throw a spiral, and you can't throw a 5-yard pass that you could throw as a 9-year-old, because you're thinking about too many things.
bear expect needed senior
You expect that out of your senior pitchers. They know when they have to bear down and get outs. He got outs when he needed to.
bad catch people
You'd think more people would catch a clue. Some do, but for those who don't, these things always go bad for them.
beat history legacy yankees
You do want to beat them. They're just like the Yankees with their legacy and the history of their team.
die draft hitting mourn stop
Writing the first draft is like hitting the beach on D Day. You don't stop to mourn the dead or comfort the wounded. You get off the beach because, if you don't, you'll die there.
