We move him around the floor and put him in a lot of situations where he could score in a myriad of ways. I think it's harder to guard a guy like Ryan when he is developing his skills and he's never in the same place on consecutive possessions.

We moved the ball around, and we started to finish our shots. At halftime we looked pretty good in terms of shots and saves -- they have a great goalie but putting the ball on the cage makes it harder for him.

When the field compacts you have to be precise. If you're not precise you run out of room. We've gone inside when we should've gone outside and there's so little room for error. When one person is off it bunches up someone else.

When we need a 3, he's our guy. When our offense isn't going well, he goes in there and organizes it. He doesn't handle the ball much but he tells people where to go.

We've had a lot less mental mistakes than we had last year at this time, and I think they're starting to understand. A lot of the terminology is identical, with just a few changes, but there's better communication overall.

We've had all the creative freedom to do exactly what we want to do with this album ... and we're really happy with the results. It's definitely the most important thing we've ever done. We just want to put our heads down and play, but we acknowledge the fact that some people might not want to come along with us. But hopefully we'll be able to win those people over.
