We haven't been a good 3-point shooting team, but tonight we got the ball inside and then kicked it back out. That gave us a better look, and then the kids were ready to shoot.

The 48 (Johnson) ran into the 38 (Sadler) and I ran into them. That was an accident and accidents happen. We're all together so it's hard to miss something when you're going so fast. You can turn left, but the car is still going straight. It's just frustrating.

Free throws are one of those fundamental things we did not do well. We're basically all juniors and a sophomore, and we're learning. Every day is a learning experience. We don't like losing while we're learning, but tonight they just beat us start to finish.

I enjoyed it for the weekend. ... The school was real excited because last year they only had one win, and we got our first win in the first game. But after that, it had to disappear, because this is a huge game coming up. So I can't celebrate it too long.
