Thy many paths upon which people go, thy tracks for chariots and wagons to advance, upon which both good and evil men proceed, this road, free from enemies,and free from thieves, may we gain, with what is auspicious (on thee) be gracious to us!

Money and mansions are not the only wealth. Hoard the wealth of the Spirit. Character is wealth; good conduct is wealth; and spiritual wisdom is wealth.

Life without goodness, good thoughts, good actions and good words is like the sky in the night without the moon or stars. It is like a wheel without a hub or spokes! No one can push a boulder away while standing on it; you cannot be free from anxiety while all the entrances through which it sneaks in are open.

The person who works for the good of others become prosperous and successful.
approach body difficult found god good great human lord obtained pain says shown supreme unto whom
Those, unto whom You give Your consolation, God - pain does not even approach them. Says Nanak, I have found that Guru, who has shown me the Perfect, Supreme Lord God. This human body is so difficult to obtain; it is only obtained by great good fortune.
accept bad good help
Do good and have good done in return; be bad and accept the bad that comes back to you. That is the law; and there is really no help (or) hindrance.
deal ear errors good hear mistakes seek
Never seek to exult over others' faults; deal sympathetically with the errors and mistakes of others; hear only good things about them; and do not give an ear to scandals.
acquire factor fruit good mature prime sweetness takes time
IT takes time for a fruit to mature and acquire sweetness and become eatable; time is a prime factor for most good fortunes.
desert good
They desert you even when you are alive, O madman; what good can they do when someone is dead?
