against animals fear forest frighten shout start thus wild
As the wild animals of the forest start in fear from man, thus do thou, O drum, shout against the enemies, frighten them away, and bewilder their minds!

A story from 'Last Barrier' aptly illustrates it. The Turkish Sufi Master tells his Christians devotee that every morning he sends a message of love to no one particular; whoever is ready, listens to it, responds.
act dress entering entrance fully knows next perhaps permitted retire role sleep worry written yours
At night, when you retire to sleep, feel that you are entering the green-room after the scene, but with the dress of your role on; for perhaps the role is not yet over and you have not yet been permitted to take the dress off. Perhaps, you have to make another entrance the next morning. Do not worry about that. Place yourself fully at His Disposal; He knows; He has written the play and He knows how it will end and how it will go on; Yours is but to act and retire.
burning burns fire jealousy thou various
As if a fire is burning him, as if the forest-fire burns in various directions, this jealousy of his do thou quench, as a fire (is quenched) with water!
activity best beyond both concealing create husband interest mistrust share situation suspicion therefore wife
Concealing any activity from the other may create unnecessary suspicion and mistrust between husband and wife and the situation may go beyond repairs one day. Therefore it is in the best interest of both to share what ever they have so that it strengthens the mutual-bond and love.
dive eat people taste watch
Dive and know the depth; watch and discriminate; eat and know the taste - I long for people who do that.
plant secret spiritual work worry
Do and dedicate, work and worship, plant and protect; but do not worry about the fruit; that is the secret of spiritual success.
devotion highest precious truest
DEVOTION fosters the highest virtue; it is the most precious treasure, it is the truest path, the only way to God.

Those who obtain the wealth of the Lord's Name move freely in the world; all their affairs are resolved.
approach death fall fear indulge inevitably material pleasures prey sensual wrath
Those, who indulge excessively in material and sensual pleasures approach death with fear and inevitably fall prey to the wrath of death.
again birth death full man ocean vast
This ocean too is vast and full of mystery; it has its unplumbed depths! It tosses man about from birth to death and again from death to birth.
donate hard prosperous
We should become prosperous by working hard and then donate generously.
