Sylvester Croom, Jr.is an American football coach. He is currently the running backs coach for the NFL's Tennessee Titans. The idea of not going to school in my house? My dad would spank you raw. We had the value of education hammered into us at an early age. There was never any question we were going to college.

And it's going to be tough to do because he went almost 11 years without losing a conference game. That's not going to happen now. The times have changed and I think it was probably a period that will never be duplicated in this conference again.
