Sylvester Croom, Jr.is an American football coach. He is currently the running backs coach for the NFL's Tennessee Titans. He was the head coach at Mississippi State University from 2004 to 2008, and the first African American head football coach in the Southeastern Conference. I think for college football, it is probably as good as you could come up with, ... It still gives the officials another tool to make good decisions with and it doesn't put a lot of pressure on our coaches. And it's probably the most economical way as well.
