amount coaching football gotten last page players terms work
The amount of football that we have in is a lot more than it was last year. Everybody's on the same page - the coaching staff, the players - in terms of what we expect. It's been a lot smoother and, consequently, we've gotten a lot more work done.
coaches guys locker plays room stand tired
We had opportunities to stand up and make plays and we just didn't do it. I'm tired of it. I know the coaches are tired of it, and I know a lot of guys in that locker room are tired of it.
chris coaches fought guy nfl offensive possibly walked
Chris is a guy the offensive coaches fought for the day we walked in the door. He's a guy that could possibly be an NFL offensive lineman, as well.
against coaching forgotten love people seen
I love coaching against those guys, ... They've forgotten more than most people know. They've seen it all.
anytime caliber coached definitely guys league personnel respect team
It wasn't my first consideration, ... But it was a consideration. It's particularly important when you're going into a new league of this caliber where you've got guys that have been in it and coached in it. There's definitely a respect anytime you know what a team is about or what a team can do and you know the personnel a little bit. It's very, very important.
against coach college football game honor privilege
What he's done for the game of college football is unbelievable, ... It is an honor and privilege to coach against him.
coaches intact job maybe period record runs says staff stay three until
He's done an unbelievable job with their program. When you go back and you look, up until just maybe two three years ago, his staff was pretty much intact for such a long period of time. To me, that really says a lot. You look at the record and you can see what he's done, but when you see coaches that stay there for a long period of time, I think it says a lot about the way he runs the program.
coming good job tried worn
We just got worn out a bit, ... They did a good job coming back and we just tried to fend off the onslaught.
everybody good hard players possibly using
We're using what we feel is everybody we have, ... The good players have to play good, and everyone has to play as hard as they possibly can play.
plays seen year
I've seen more big plays this year than ever.
care continued takes tim
I've said this all along, but the thing Tim has continued to do is that he takes care of the football,
excited guys handle helped hopefully mature ourselves seven spring younger
Right now, we're undefeated. I'm more excited about a spring than I've been in a long, long time. (But) we've got a long way to go. We're a little bigger, a little stronger, hopefully a little quicker. We've helped ourselves with the seven (new) guys that are in here right now and the younger guys are a little more mature in how they handle themselves.
days exactly though until
Even though it probably went exactly as we thought it would two days ago, until those faxes come across, you never know.
concerns michigan
The thing that concerns me is what I could have done differently to get that out of them (against Michigan State).
