bigger continues football good player progress reason room spring ten weight
I think he's going to get bigger and better. He's going to play a lot of football here. If he continues to progress the way he has this spring and in the weight room this winter, there's no reason why he can't be an awfully good player in the Big Ten Conference.

We have two new tackles, big guys. That pocket is not going to compress as much. And moving Ryan put him at a more natural position. He's done a great job. A couple of snaps at the beginning of the spring were a little off, but he hasn't missed a call. Moving Matt to guard has made him a little more comfortable.

The amount of football that we have in is a lot more than it was last year. Everybody's on the same page - the coaching staff, the players - in terms of what we expect. It's been a lot smoother and, consequently, we've gotten a lot more work done.

He reminds me of Chris Leak, the guy we had at Florida. He's very athletic, very humble, and he's a leader. He was calling me and asking, 'How about this guy, how about this guy?' It's hard to get that team attitude today.

He's a defensive player, too, and a fast guy, ... Although if you watched, he got knocked down one time and that can't happen. We're just trying to accelerate his experience, and one way is to get him on the field more.

We had opportunities to stand up and make plays and we just didn't do it. I'm tired of it. I know the coaches are tired of it, and I know a lot of guys in that locker room are tired of it.

Getting Justin back is a big, big plus, ... He is arguably one of our better players. I was really impressed with the way he played, having not played in a while.

If a guy is working his tail off, he deserves to be in there.

I don't want anyone feeling down in the dumps. I think we are going to be competitive in the Big Ten. But we still have to go out and do that.

I don't think you say quarterback is the only place to upgrade. If we're competitive in the (Big Ten), there's no question that Tim will be improved.
