We're really happy with where he's at. He needs to go down and get some consistent at-bats on an everyday basis.

I want the whole player back. You have to guard against letting him get out there and trying to force too much or letting him do too much early. It's nice to see and I'm really happy that he's back out there running around, because when it happened, there was a lot of talk that some guys never come back from this. No matter how good he did, he wasn't very happy at the end of last year. It wasn't about the awards or anything else. It was about us not winning - and not getting back to the playoffs. That tells you a little bit about his makeup.

Jason needs to get consistent, everyday at-bats instead of sitting on the bench here with us. We brought him up here from spring training to see where he's at, and we're happy with his progress.

We just really have to wait and see. On that schedule right there, getting in three games and if he feels comfortable throwing all three of his pitches, then he's probably going to be ready. But we're a little worried about this.

We just talked about being a winning team, and what we're all about here. Pitching and catching the ball is what we do best. It's what we work hardest at. We have a chance to win. We can say that where a lot of other clubs can't. Well, they might say it. But they can't say it like we can.
