giving guys month rotation trying
Radke is going to be in the rotation, Silva is going to be in the rotation, Lohse is going to be in the rotation and we're just trying to get them through it. We're in the first month of the season, so you've got to keep giving these guys the ball. What they've done around here and how well they've done around here for such a long time, you just have to keep giving them the ball.
edge giving good spot
We're not giving him a spot by any means. He has a good edge in there. ... But he still has to come out.
dugout fun game good loved manage manages playing watching
I loved watching Ozzie manage in the other dugout and he manages just like he played. He had fun playing the game and he manages having fun and that's the way we should all try to do it. I think he set a pretty good tone.
bet forget people sure talking throughout year
I'm sure there'll be a lot of people talking throughout the year about Puck. You can bet that we won't ever forget him.
deal hoping season spring start sure tough
I'm sure hoping it's not going to be like that all year. That would be a tough thing to have to deal with. That's why you take precautions now in Spring Training, so once you start season everyone is healthy.
people sure wrong
I'm sure he'll get votes. If he doesn't get votes, then the wrong people are voting.
along doubt later sure
I'm sure he'll come along and say he can hit. I don't doubt that a bit. If we need him to go out there later in the game, he'll go out there.
ball fans minnesota painful sure twins
I'm sure Minnesota Twins fans are hurting. It's very painful right now. We all know where Puck's going to be: He's going to be up there whacking the ball in Heaven. So we're going to be OK.
came camp confidence goes liked wide
I liked the way he came back up with confidence. I think (the job) is wide open, but he goes into camp as the front-runner.
spinning truth
I'm kind of spinning a little bit, to tell you the truth.
It's not going to get any easier. We've got to find a way to get it done.
decisions easy time
It's not going to be easy decisions when it comes time to who's going to play and who's not going to play. All are getting after it pretty good.
good great people played send work
It's not going to be a very good day. We've had people who have played very well who we're going to have to send down. Sometimes, you can have a great spring, and it's just not going to work out roster-wise.
bit feeling taking
Everybody's taking a part in this thing and getting some swings, and I think everybody's feeling a little bit better about themselves.
