He was a solid, down-to-earth person, ... If you didn't know that he was the owner of an NFL team, you couldn't tell by his actions. He had no ego about him.

He had a tough game on Saturday, but he'll bounce back from it. My thoughts about Charlie really haven't changed. I knew there was going to be a tough game at some point along the line. This team posed a lot of issues for him, and how he recovers from that will be a big indicator of what his abilities are.

He did a lot for this city, this team, and the NFL, period. We have a mural on the wall when our players come in the door, and there is Paul Brown kneeling on the sideline. We realize he's a major part of the history of this team, and we don't want to forget that.

He was frisky (Wednesday) until we got to conditioning. He wasn't as frisky then. He's doubtful for Sunday. The doctor will look at him and evaluate him after today's practice, and then we'll see.
