I think that in any organization working toward a common goal, everybody has to get along and work toward that goal. There are different personalities in our organization. Everybody doesn't have to like everybody, but everybody has to work toward a goal. We've worked together and will continue to work together.

I think they'll try to work something out and get a long-term deal done. But if he's not in their price range, they'll do what they do and look somewhere else.

Going into training camp, everybody competes for a job. We'll have a good competition in training camp for the quarterback job, as well as for the defensive end job, the linebacker job, the running back job and all of them.
