Just having him back and having this opportunity now to come to postseason play again with Andy and our guns loaded ... that's nice to have.
Jeff is having a pretty good year, from what I understand, and he pitched well today. He had a tremendous breaking ball and was able to spot his fastball. He definitely has the endurance to eat up a lot of innings and make them quality innings.
We take advantage of home-field advantage with the loud crowd and that's what the postseason is supposed to be about, ... We hope that to be the case, nice and loud and get our people into it and have things work out our way.

When I told y'all the other day it was going to be festive, ... I didn't know it was going to be this festive.
That was probably one of the harder fastballs I cut loose. He got my attention.
I appreciate what my teammates said to me tonight, ... I told them there was no way I was going to run out on them for what they've done for me over the last few years.
I asked her if she was in the fields, and she said I think I am, ... She just loves the game of baseball.
I believe my body to be back on the upswing,
I came out of the Classic pretty good, a couple of days sooner than we wanted. It was fun. Once we got the uniforms on and got out there and heard the anthems, it was pretty good. You could tell the other clubs were a little further advanced than us.
All in all, it was a good day.
You catch a lot of the younger players, just like I did when I was young, they listen a lot try and pick up on things that will help them down the road.
I figured I'd get strike one on the kid with a fastball, 92, 93 mph, and he runs into it. So, of course, I was a little pissed. I said, 'OK, if that's the way it's going to be.' So next time up, I went in on him.
