against allah excellent faith fear gathered increased men people sufficient surely therefore whom
Those to whom the people said: Surely men have gathered against you, therefore fear them, but this increased their faith, and they said: Allah is sufficient for us and most excellent is the Protector.
allah eyes fear giving hearts keeping light men neither nor prayer selling shall turn whom
Men whom neither merchandise nor selling diverts from the remembrance of Allah and the keeping up of prayer and the giving of poor-rate; they fear a day in which the hearts and eyes shall turn about. (The Light 24.37)
among book books-and-reading chose deeds foremost gave goodness great middle soul suffer takes whom
Then We gave the Book for an inheritance to those whom We chose from among Our servants; but of them is he who makes his soul to suffer a loss, and of them is he who takes a middle course, and of them is he who is foremost in deeds of goodness by Allah's permission; this is the great excellence.
above against allah beneath built careful duty fail flow high higher promise save sentence shall whom
What! as for him then against whom the sentence of chastisement is due: What! can you save him who is in the fire? / But (as for) those who are careful of (their duty to) their Lord, they shall have high places, above them higher places, built (for them), beneath which flow rivers; (this is) the promise of Allah: Allah will not fail in (His) promise.
both male pleases surely whom
Or He makes them of both sorts, male and female; and He makes whom He pleases barren; surely He is the Knowing, the Powerful.
bestowed children example naught servant whom
He was naught but a servant on whom We bestowed favor, and We made him an example for the children of Israel.
allah enter guardian pleased pleases shall single surely unjust whom
And if Allah had pleased He would surely have made them a single community, but He makes whom He pleases enter into His mercy, and the unjust it is that shall have no guardian or helper.
afflicts allah given hearts patient pilgrimage scholars-and-scholarship spend tremble whose
To those whose hearts tremble when Allah is mentioned, and those who are patient under that which afflicts them, and those who keep up prayer, and spend (benevolently) out of what We have given them. (The Pilgrimage 22.35)
account grace mercy surely
But on account of mercy from your Lord-- surely His grace to you is abundant.
both rejected sent surely
When We sent to them two, they rejected both of them, then We strengthened (them) with a third, so they said: Surely we are messengers to you.
allah appointed escape evil hopes meet surely term whoever work
Or do they who work evil think that they will escape Us? Evil is it that they judge! / Whoever hopes to meet Allah, the term appointed by Allah will then most surely come; and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
allah allow among apostle depart departing desire doers goodly latter life mighty prepared surely
O Prophet! say to your wives: If you desire this world's life and its adornment, then come, I will give you a provision and allow you to depart a goodly departing / And if you desire Allah and His Apostle and the latter abode, then surely Allah has prepared for the doers of good among you a mighty reward.
allah believers daughters given thus wives women
O Prophet! say to your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers that they let down upon them their over-garments; this will be more proper, that they may be known, and thus they will not be given trouble; and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
cannot escape pass surely threatened
Surely what you are threatened with must come to pass and you cannot escape (it).
