I'm a tremendous believer now. It's about as much like grass as you can have a synthetic surface be. I really think the right decision was made. This is great for everyone. Players love it, and I think this surface will offer a better product on the field for fans.
I'm an emotional coach. I get angry. I get happy. I get sad. I get disappointed. I get frustrated. I kind of show that. Not always to the public, but to the team.

Not many people know us. Unless you're on the West Coast or specifically in the state of Washington, you'd be hard-pressed to name a bunch of our defensive players.
So, as a household, we are very sensitive, and as an individual to this sort of thing, as you might expect.
Shaun is going to be fine. He had a concussion in the game. There are grades of concussions, but he should be fine. They are going to run more tests and we have an extra day of rest. If I showed him a picture of a truck, he would say it is a truck.
At the end of the year, if you have a guy who scores 20 touchdowns, gains 1,500 yards, goes to the Pro Bowl, does all those things, you're probably happy you have him, ... And Shaun, I'm glad we have him. If you can have a guy not get hurt and play for you all season long, that will be a positive for your football team.
The microphone was put in his face at the end of the game, and he desperately wanted that rushing title, and I wanted it for him. But he missed out, so he blurted something out. The very next day we talked, and as far as he and I were concerned, that was over.
The feeling I get is that we are very much the underdog in this game. We were very much the favorite against Denver, so how you deal with your team is quite different.
