Lloyd Henry Carr, Jr.is a former American football player and coach. He served as the head football coach at the University of Michigan from 1995 through the 2007 season. Under Carr, the Michigan Wolverines compiled a record of 122–40 and won or shared five Big Ten Conference titles. Carr's 1997 team was declared the national champion by the Associated Press. It's certainly one of the strengths of the team because they all have different abilities and skills but are all talented. Three gives you the opportunity to go with who gets hot. If a guy gets banged up, you have someone equally talented to go into the game.

It's a matter of quickness, that's what this game has evolved to - quickness and toughness and ability to sustain an effort over 60 minutes and over four months. Any time you have too much weight, it has a fatigue effect on you, in an individual game and in the season.
