Larry Edward Cokeris an American football coach and former player. From 2001 to 2006, Coker served as the head coach at the University of Miami. His 2001 Miami team was named the consensus national champion after an undefeated season that culminated with a victory in the Rose Bowl over Nebraska. There's no question our guys were not satisfied with last season. There was some embarrassment there. You could say there is a sense of urgency on this team.

There's obviously a lot of distraction. I can't say there's not. A lot of the guys are without power, certainly the coaches are without power, a lot of those things. But they've dealt with it pretty well, practiced pretty good the last couple of days. Guys have been here and gone to work.

I think Kyle is really getting better. He got a lot of experience last year, but I think his timing is better and Todd Berry (quarterbacks coach) has done a great job in helping with his fundamentals of the game.

I don't think we have slipped talent-wise. I think we're talented enough to play with anybody. But I do sense our guys are not happy, not satisfied, and they shouldn't be, with last season. We had that at times last season, but not all the time. I guess you could point the finger at me, but we did not play with consistency.
