I think he's got a great feel for the game. He's got experience. I believe he can settle us down. He's been great for me. He contributes a lot, in a lot of ways, just talking to him and listening to what he says, suggestions he makes. And when he plays, players have a lot of confidence in him.

Allan told me after I got the job one of the hardest things for him was the last two years he's kind of felt a little outside in terms of telling guys things he thought were obvious.
