I never expected this. But again, I don't get caught up in records. It's disappointing, obviously, that we've only won 19 games and we're not in the race for the playoffs, but the only thing you can keep doing is trying to get better, keep coaching and hope that people understand.

The last few games you see how many assists we've had, it's been a lot better. If we share the ball, try to guard and try to play hard, you'll generally get something accomplished. I've been preaching that forever. If you want to listen and learn you'll get it. If you don't, chances are you won't figure it out.

There's a number of reasons why we've lost games. That's behind us. There's nothing we can do to change that right now. We've got to look ahead and figure out how we can get better. That's the thing, and the last two games doesn't leave me with a good feeling.

It matters a lot. We got 18 games left and I didn't see any (selfishness) and I saw guys trying to win, trying to share the ball. I saw them playing hard and that's all we can do from now on. I think all our rookies are kind of going through a period now where they're kind of hitting a wall. I think their confidence is probably shot a little bit, since they've lost more games now than they've probably lost in their whole career. They'll bounce back.
