against bothered defense hard stopping three time zone
We had a hard time stopping them. Their zone bothered us. We had to come down against a set defense for most of the first three quarters.
blocking good hard loose running seems setting watch
We watch every film and it seems like the same things are prevalent every night. Blocking out, getting loose balls, making hard cuts, setting good screens, running back.
bring decided exactly happened hard reluctant team watched work
We were reluctant to (go). We went out, watched it and it did bring us together. (The team in the movie) didn't do well at the beginning, but after hard work and discipline, they decided to come together. That's exactly what happened for us.
carries commented effort hard leaders nice tony
One of the refs commented to me how hard they were trying. That's nice to hear. Tony Davis' effort was phenomenal. Leaders do that, and it carries over.
commented hard
One of the referees even commented to me about how hard they were trying.
hard positive seems spin though
When we started the season, even though we were losing, I thought we were making progress. Now, it seems like we're not making progress. It's hard to put a positive spin on it.
camp develop hardly james normal rotation stock training
That's been said for 100 years, I don't ever put stock into it. I don't have a normal rotation right now. At training camp we never had Toni Davis, we didn't have Eddy Curry, we didn't have Richardson, we hardly had James at all. I don't know how you can really develop a rotation.
build comment further great happy hard hopefully practice worked
Nah, that had nothing to do with it. I'm not going to comment any further on it. I'm just happy he worked hard and, you know, he had a great practice today. Hopefully we'll build on that.
defended hard kids played plays reward together
I was thrilled. The young kids have been working hard and it shows. They played together well and they defended well, made some big plays and that's a reward in itself.
both early hard help please quality trying
I thought early on they were both tight. I think right now they're trying too hard to please me. I told them to take quality shots, as many as they can get, and by doing that you'll help everybody.
guys hard kids leaders older respect role though truly
I think when your older guys are your leaders and don't play, sometimes it's hard for young kids to really, truly listen, even though they all have so much respect for him. Now that he is playing, I think his role probably has changed. I think (he leads) more by example.
care control harder hope imperative playing realize though time
We've got to realize that you play differently in the playoffs. You've got to control tempo. It's imperative that you take care of the ball. You've got to play harder than you thought about playing at any time of the year, even though you hope that's a given.
certain hard listens looking might perceived time
He has a hard time looking at me sometimes because of how he might be perceived by certain people, but he listens to everything I say.
coaching game guys hard hope losing positive stop talk tough trying
When you're losing game after game after game it's tough. It's hard to keep them up. It's hard to get guys to keep competing. It's really tough on the young kids. But you can't stop coaching and trying to get better. You hope you have something positive to talk about.
