Edward Richard DeChellisis an American college basketball coach and current head men's basketball coach at the United States Naval Academy. Previously he was the head coach at Penn State from 2003-2011 and at East Tennessee State from 1996-2003. Well, obviously they just beat us from start to finish. I'll give credit to them ... I've never seen a team really shoot the ball the way they shot the ball and it wasn't just one guy. It was everybody.

We played well enough to win, but in the last couple of minutes, we didn't execute. Strickland made some big shots. ... He was guarded, but that's what seniors do.

Our team chemistry is pretty good. They really like each other and enjoy playing with one another ... which we really haven't had the last couple of years.

There was no pressure on us; we're just coming down and playing. No one thought we could win, other than the 12 guys we've got and three or four coaches. There were 16 thousand people who thought Illinois would win.

There were a lot of tears tears of joy finally, not of sadness. These kids have been through a lot, but they keep coming back for more. They've been very resilient all year.
easier finally playing practice
This is very important for our confidence. We've been playing well, just not able to win, but we finally did and it should be a little easier to get them to practice on Monday.
