best class classes entire fired people possibly several stays top
People were fired up. We had several recruits at our game, and they're fired up. It's going to be a top 10, possibly better, class in the entire country. It's going to be one of the best classes that I believe, if everything stays on course, that we've had here in a long, long time.
against best experience fairness line putting team virginia win
So, in all fairness to the kids, if we're going to be putting it on them to line up against Virginia (next season's opener) and win for us, then I think it's best for the team and them to get some experience and play.
best block happened heavy needs powers run
When we run our tosses and our powers and our heavy run game, he's got to block somebody. He needs it. In the long run, it'll be the best thing that's happened to him.
best emotion emotions knew needed pursue realized
I had to take the emotion out of it. Once I realized this was what was best for me and my family, I knew I needed to pursue it again.
best built few foundation next players program team
That's what the foundation of this program is going to be built on and the next few years that's what this team is going to be built on -- players we can trust, players that are going to be accountable and players who want to be the best -- not just OK, the best.
best guys season until weeks
I probably won't do that until two weeks before the season begins. The best guys will play.
awful beat best continue football games players red turn tyler win won
If you turn the football over, you turn them over for touchdowns or turn them over in the red zone, you're not going to beat anyone, ... Tyler is our leader. He's one of the best players we have on this team. He's won an awful lot of games around here and he'll continue to win an awful lot of games.
best bill gotta league week whatever
I called Bill Parcells and he told me, 'You gotta do whatever you need to do every week in this league to win,' ... This will give us the best chance.
committed kids recruiting signing track trying weekend
We just had a big recruiting weekend and we have two more scheduled before signing day. We are right on track with where we need to be with all of the kids we have committed and the ones we are still trying to get.
defensive good offensive player
We signed, arguably, as good an offensive and defensive player as there was in New York.
behind fell force three turn
We fell behind early, but we were able to force three turnovers and turn them all into touchdowns.
expected good win
We expected to win this game, ... but it was still good to put it on the record.
backs backward game good involved last offense played running score spring springs start three throws today
I've been involved in springs where, the last week, you're going backward -- you go out for the spring game and the quarterback throws three interceptions, the running backs fumble and the offense doesn't score a touchdown. Then you start making excuses. But we played well enough today and did enough good things.
defensive definitely game hope line playing run running struggled ways
The run game struggled but I hope that's because our defensive line is playing better. We have a ways to go running the ball. We definitely have to get a lot better at that.
