bright contact looking maybe run toughness
He's going to be in the mix. He's got the toughness you're looking for, but he's got more run after contact than maybe any back we got. So he's been a real bright spot.
came catching few full last mix pads running tackling
He's been catching and running the last few days, but this was the first day he came out in full pads and got in the mix to some degree. The only thing he didn't do was tackling (full contact), but he did everything else.
atmosphere came field healthy liked looked overall plays pleased
Overall I was pleased with today. We have a long way to go but I liked the way some things looked today. Being at Heinz Field was good, the atmosphere was good. We were able to get in about 100 plays and we came out healthy which is very important.
backup line ready
Our backup line is inexperienced, and they're not ready to play right now.
adding class close coming couple exciting future near players recruiting
Recruiting is exciting right now. I think we're close right now to adding a couple more players here in the near future to our outstanding class coming in already.
defense dolphin miami sit
For me to sit here and think that we're going to do a lot of the things that we were able to do with the Miami Dolphin defense is really unrealistic,
expect good knows responsibility stay
He's got to stay healthy. He knows his position. He knows his responsibility. So, I expect good results.
ability athletic ideal move people situations throw trick
He was the ideal guy, because of his athletic ability, to move around and get in some mismatch situations -- flank him out, move him around, trick people and throw him the ball.
builders catch confidence nine
Greg (Lee) will make that catch nine out of 10 times, Erik Gill - that's another touchdown he fumbled out of the end zone. Those things are all confidence builders and something we'll have to correct.
entire last plays safety season week
He made more plays in one week at linebacker than he made the entire season at safety last year. I just think he's comfortable there. He doesn't have to think as much, and he can get to the football.
plays
He made a lot of plays up front.
protect routes run
He makes the decision, but we have to run better routes and we have to protect him better,
beat bothering came competitor couple fighting game guy last shoulder tough
He came out of the game okay. He's beat up, we know that. His shoulder has been bothering him for the last couple weeks. He's fighting through it like the tough guy that he is and the competitor that he is.
bit bounce contribute everybody last slow tells together year
That all together has contribute to Ty's slow start. But he'll bounce back. He started a little bit slow last year from what everybody tells me.
