canada expected happen pressure
You know when you play for Canada that there's going to be pressure because you're always expected to win. We all understand, and I think that's what makes us better. That's going to have to happen pretty quick.
group power trying
I think the power play is trying to do too much. It's been like that a while and I think as a group we need to communicate better.
came camp definitely guys prove reason training
I think we all want to prove something. We came here for one reason in training camp and the guys who have been here for a while and have not done what they wanted to do, definitely want to prove that we can (win).
bounce bouncing stick waiting weeds
I was kind of waiting in the weeds there. I had a hunch. It was bouncing pretty funny. I thought one more bounce over his stick and it would be there.
bad bunch caught enjoy great guys happen league people wants
It caught a lot of people off guard. No one wants anything bad to happen to the league, because we have a great league with a great bunch of guys who enjoy the game. But it's damaging, obviously.
felt hard worked
I worked hard and I just felt that I could come back from everything. There was never a doubt.
almost anybody concern fun good knows looks maybe played stuff style takes variation watching year
I think he'll be good for us. Just watching him, he knows what it takes for him to get ready. I've been watching him do his drills and stuff and it's fun to watch. He's a different style of goalie and has his own style. It's not really one thing. He knows a lot of shooters and he'll play a little variation of everything. It's almost maybe better for him to have that year to get ready. He looks good with us and played well (in camp). I don't think anybody has a concern about him at all.
beat great team win
We have a great team and feel we can win every game. When we do lose, that shouldn't happen. It's like we can only beat ourselves.
bit control good played third took
We got off to a good start. They played very well in the second, and then after we took control in the third and things got a little bit out of hand.
good
I think they'll be pretty good to me. They were always good to me in the past.
anyone friendly merry says wishing
Just a little friendly talk, wishing each other a Merry Christmas. It was no big deal, but if anyone says something to me, then I'm going to say something back.
atmosphere canadian chance hockey team worked
This has worked out well for me. To get the chance to come to a Canadian team and play in a hockey atmosphere has just been great.
deal guys strange win
I can't think about it too much. It's going to be a little strange to see some of the guys I used to play with. I'm going to go in there, deal with it and try to win the game. That's about all I can do.
game simple time trying
The first time we got spanked pretty good. We were trying to play a simple game once we got the lead.
