coaching head hopefully indeed jim looking next seen supportive
We're going to be very supportive of Jim's looking and hopefully being able to procure a head coaching job. I think Jim would be outstanding. If indeed that doesn't happen, Jim will be back next year. Some of the speculation I've seen is just that, because Jim and I have already had discussions about some of the things we need to do.
added board building draft guy next offense ranked spent team top unless wind
We spent next year's No. 1 to get a guy who was ranked 10th on our board this year, ... What's that worth? Unless we wind up in the top 10 of next year's draft -- and we think we're going to a better team than that -- we can live with that price. This building is pumped. We've added to our offense and our defense, and we've got a quarterback we can build around.
agency collective confident free improve next raise
Our collective mind-set is to improve this team. We'll keep doing this through the draft, free agency and in other ways. It's a disappointment to not get T.O., but I'm confident in our abilities to raise the Ravens to the next level.
account bad ball consistency continue next people presence rely run step todd ways
We need a consistency there, ... We've got to continue to find ways to get the ball in Mark's hands, which we'll do. It's not bad having Derrick Mason, Todd Heap, run the ball well. But to have another presence that people have to account for on the back side, with some consistency that the quarterbacks can rely on, that's the next step for us.
lack next time work
Just a lack of focus, ... We'll work at it, and the next time they won't try to do those things.
against credit next night ready tough work
Didn't play well enough against an outstanding opponent. Give them credit for what they did. Very tough night for us. Go back to work (Monday) and get ready for the next game.
approach deals everybody game guy next steps tall
Everybody deals with injuries. We've been there before. The next guy steps up. That's a tall order, but you can't approach the game any other way.
correct negatives next positives pull ready
We will pull all of the positives out that we can. We will try to correct the negatives and get ready to go on to next week.
came deal good great next obviously plain spot week work
We got a lot of work to do plain and simple. This bye week didn't look to be in a good spot when it first came out, but obviously right now it's what we need because we have a great deal of work this next two weeks.
came deal good great next obviously spot work
This bye didn't look to be in a particularly good spot when it first came out. But obviously right now, it's what we need because we have a great deal of work these next two weeks.
bit game given mantra next passing step sure
Ours, given our circumstance, has been a little bit of a reversal. We have to have more productivity in the passing game to take it to another level. I'm sure their mantra is they have to take that next step defensively to get to that next level. In that regard, we are very similar.
aggressive arguably best deal free next people player rewards risk step super taking team win
Some people like what he does, some people don't. We were being very aggressive about taking the next step for this team to win a Super Bowl, by recognizing what we were going to have to deal with in what was arguably the best player in free agency. Rewards are usually proportional to the risk you take. Yeah, this is a risk.
continue level next push
We'll just continue to push him through it, put him through his paces and see if we can get him to that next level of conditioning.
came deal good great next obviously plain spot work
We've got a lot of work to do, plain and simple. This bye didn't look to be in a particularly good spot when it first came out. But obviously right now, it's what we need because we have a great deal of work these next two weeks.
