I don't know that Johnny wasn't looking at pictures of his kids in that little booth. I'm still an advocate of instant replay, but I've long been an advocate of taking it off the field. Let's take it upstairs. With the current system, I've got to expend a timeout, embarrass the officials and throw a red flag out on the field, let him go in and look at God knows what on the Internet and come out and tell me I didn't get a definitive view to overrule it.

We're going to be very supportive of Jim's looking and hopefully being able to procure a head coaching job. I think Jim would be outstanding. We've spent an entire offseason addressing and looking very candidly at why that happened and addressing the reason for it. This team needs to move forward very aggressively. We're very proud of the legacy we have here, but this team's going to have a new identity, it really is. It's different than any team we've had.
