It's too early to say that, but I think we can do it.
It's the only way to end (the streak). It shouldn't end by losing by 15 or losing to a bad team. It was a good team. This was the way to go out if we had to.
It's almost good news for us. We get to be the underdogs again.
It's almost flipped now to where they stopped going to the tournament and we started going to the tournament. He may never admit it, but he may be thinking in the back of his mind, he could be a part of that right now.
It's always possible that we can get better than last year, but it's still too early to say that.
It makes it a lot smoother. At the beginning of the game, it's more my time. Then when Jamaal comes in, I can kind of concentrate on other areas and it's more his time.
It made me see the other side of life. It made me realize, I have a chance to do something special, and I need to take advantage of it.
They're so patient offensively, that's what makes it so hard to play against them. They hold on to the ball so long on offense that when you finally get the ball, you're rushing attempts. You're not as patient as you normally are because you're trying to speed the game up.
They're so experienced and so talented. We're definitely going to need them to make some mistakes to win.
They're going to stay packed in and try to force you to make jump shots. That's something we've been working on all week, going against a zone and a sagging man-to-man and making sure we still penetrate and don't just settle for outside shots.
They're on TV a lot. We have watched them all season long. I know their starting five. I know guys off their bench. I know their team.
There's always a weakness in every team. They have had a lot of games this season where they are down 15 and they come back. That just shows how dominating of a team they are, and it also shows that sometimes they are less focused for 40 minutes. That may leave the door open for us.
It wasn't just our goal to make it to the tournament. We wanted to make a special run in the tournament.
It's awesome that top players from the state of Washington with a year difference in age are considered top players in the country. That says a lot for the state and how we've come along as basketball players. When I was a kid, I dreamed about this.
