We've changed throughout preseason. I feel like we're continuing to look at different combinations and see what works and we need that type of flexibility as we through the season. We still have a ways to go. For me, it's still good to see guys moving themselves forward. There's a group that's doing pretty well.

But we also recognize that becoming a good team is hard work and you learn to deal with things that go against you, whether it's a game that goes against you or calls at key moments because you have to be able to deal with the things that don't go your way in order to become very good.

When I talk about the mentality and how we play and how we're organized, all of that has to work so that now in the midfield we are harder to play against. It's not enough to think that we're good with the ball and that alone will win every game. We want to continue to be good with the ball but that must work now collectively.

I think you have to make it a two-way game that puts them under pressure and highlights some of the areas where they are not as strong. Give them credit. They've had a good season. We looked hard at some of the things that we did wrong at the end of the game yet we made sure everybody understands that it is that kind of hard work that will eventually turn those games into wins. We'll learn from those mistakes.

Then as we go, you know what, we can start to figure out what's realistic and where we are. Where are we in the standings? Are we still in position to set our sights on other things?
