certainly question score
We score there and the game's over and you certainly don't question that.
bring building four gratifying pass pittsburgh special tradition trophies
There is a lot of tradition with Pittsburgh and to be a part of that would be really special. We have the four trophies in our building and I pass them every day and to bring another one there would be very gratifying and very special for the whole team.
enjoy special
There is nothing that I'll enjoy more. It's special to have them there with you, and it's more special to be with them, too, when they are competing.
assess next obviously recovery time week
The recovery time right now is he obviously isn't going to play this week and we'll assess next Tuesday, ... We'll see where he is from there....
circumstance defining football moment tested
We will be tested with this set of circumstances. It's going to be a defining moment of this football team.
basics everybody guys
We had to get back to basics and make everybody accountable. We had to look within, and these guys were able to do that.
reflective
This was very reflective of how they feel about their teammates.
city created good legacy phenomenal pittsburgh proud teams tradition
Those teams in the '70s put the city of Pittsburgh on the map. That was a phenomenal run. They created the tradition and the legacy of Pittsburgh. We're proud of that. But it's good to be able to say we did it, too, in 2005, and we did our thing our way.
almost battle came couple difference journey plays team wills
This team understands it's a journey. This is the first step. It was almost a battle of wills out there today, like who was going to flinch first. We just came up with a couple more big plays than they did, and that was the difference in the game.
challenge coming early fortunate good matched moving proven storm team
This was a big challenge for our team coming in and kind of weathering the storm early in the game. These are two very evenly matched teams, as was proven this year. We're fortunate and feel good about moving on.
call easy gives goal great guy line red skill using zone
What Jerome gives you down in the red zone is how we are using him. On a 4th-and-1 you have a guy like Jerome Bettis. It's an easy call to make really. Down around the goal line he has a great skill for that.
complete played together
And when we've played well on offense, we haven't played well on defense. We haven't been able to put together a complete game.
gives might percent quite
Duce, quite frankly, might not be 100 percent this whole year. Jerome Bettis, he gives you something.
along best coming quite
Duce probably had his best day of work, but will still be questionable. Jerome is coming along quite well.
