Our conduct should be such that we are loved by one and all..the high as well as the low. It also describes the importance of good health because in order to perform all our duties efficiently we need to be in good health.

O sun, take away their sight; O rays, run after them; clinging to their feet, fasten yourselves upon them, when the strength of their arms is gone!
accompany boat cross help hundred mount sun
O Sun god! Mount on a boat of hundred 'oars' for our welfare. Accompany me... help me cross the 'Day'... and also the 'Night'.

People engage in all sorts of mind-enticing pastimes, but their passions are not fulfilled. They burn and burn, and are never satisfied; without the Lord's Name, it is all useless.

Offer your talents at the feet of God; let every act be a flower, free from creeping worms of envy and egoism and full of the fragrance of love and sacrifice.
