Maybe somebody from Britain will go, ... They don't have to travel far.
Tiger is the only one I can think of. Maybe because this is the LPGA, it seems like it's been more about Michelle than Tiger.
I feel like I've been playing so well the last couple of weeks, ... I knew coming in here I had a chance to win this event for the fifth time. I've had it in the back of my mind. It only happens maybe once, so you have to take advantage of it.
You have to hit it a long way, be able to spin the ball. It will take an extraordinary woman, an extraordinary athlete. Maybe down the road there will be someone like Michelle who wants to go.
It's only Thursday; I have three more days. I'm looking forward to it. I still feel good about my game. Today it was almost. It was very, very close, but not really it. And right now, I don't really know what I've got to do to make it a great one, maybe make a few putts, maybe hit a few drives.
I've got to prove to Catrin (Nilsmark) that I'm playing well, so maybe she'll put me out there in the afternoon. I was a little worried after the front nine this morning. I thought I might be sleeping late tomorrow morning.
It's a great challenge. There's no doubt about it. I don't mind sharing the spotlight a little bit. Maybe I can practice under the radar and play under the radar.
They are getting a lot of attention. I think they're getting a lot more than I did. And maybe a generation before me. But this is a solid group. They've got strong games and they're really making some noise.
I like to walk so maybe the first six-seven holes, it was like, 'you can't really find the rhythm. I do think it sped up play a little bit.
I just thought that is pretty neat. She comes from a small town, just like I do, and I thought, 'Wow! If she can do that, maybe I can follow my dreams and one day be able to follow her path.
I'm competitive and yeah, I was very disappointed in the way I played on Sunday. I played really good for three days and I made a few mistakes down the stretch. Of course I was disappointed in myself and wished things would have been a little different. This gives me a little bit more fire and maybe that's what I need for the rest of the season.
We don't voice our opinions the way they do. Hopefully, we can let our clubs do the talking.
I've never seen anything like it. The last time I saw crowds like this was the U.S. Open on a Sunday,
The spectators have been fantastic. It has been a really first-class event and I'm happy here.
