It's very important, ... And why is it important? Because that motivates me, and that pushes me. If I can visualize something, then it is easier for me to work there. But if I just said, 'Hey, I want to be a better player,' well, what does that mean? I need to see things. Goals are things I can understand, I can touch.
It's very important to take the lead early on. You want to set the pace. It's great to have the momentum on your side. It's tough to fight from behind.
I want to end this season the way I started. I played really well early on and I'd like to finish that way.
It just shows how you should never give up,
It's great to be back in Orlando. I'm glad it's here and I'm glad we're back and hopefully it will stay here for some time.
It's crazy, really. It's been a very long day and I'm happy to be done. For these fans to stay around here is amazing.
It's really a ball-striking type of course and that's my strategy. I want to continue to do what I'm doing. I'll play my own game (Sunday) and see what happens.
She'll be hungry tomorrow and just might pull it off, but I'm hungry too. I'm going to chase her all day long ... play as aggressive as I have to or be conservative, whatever it takes.
It was good to recharge the batteries, but three weeks went by very quickly. I think a four-day tournament is really what it's all about. If you think about all the big tournaments that we play, all the majors, it's more of a true test - a four-day tournament.
We don't voice our opinions the way they do. Hopefully, we can let our clubs do the talking.
This was the best I've played all week.
You can never really win a tournament on the first day, but I feel sometimes there's a chance you can lose it by shooting a high score. So I'm very happy with this start. It was really the start I wanted.
Even though this is my 12th year on tour, I love what I do. There's always a challenge. There are things I want to improve on, things I want to change. That's what keeps me going.
Throughout this season, we've played against each other and now it'll be great to team with her as a partner.
