against eyes hit opened playing though
Even though he hasn't hit that well against left-handers, we want to get him some playing time. He's opened some eyes -- what he's done hasn't been ordinary.
against guys mean nobody save time tough
That was a tough save right there, ... I mean -- nobody is going to go 1-2-3 all the time against guys like that.
against debut month
First impressions, I like (Liriano) kind of like (Seattle's) Felix Hernandez, who made his debut against us a month or so ago.
against record today track
I've done it a little bit, ... but I still look at Shelton being the first baseman. ... I'm not going to pinch-hit for Shelton, and I would pinch-hit for Pena. again cut low percentage run score winning

What's there not to like about this guy?
behind fell jeremy sharp stop track
We got pounded tonight, no question. Jeremy (Bonderman) was not sharp and fell behind hitters. It just wasn't his night. They got back on track and we just couldn't stop them.
schedule shows
The schedule shows we play 27 more games,
shown year
I've said many times this year that at times, we can play with anybody, ... And we've shown that. We just haven't been consistent.
given players
I sense some players have given in a little, and that's unacceptable.
hard today wins
The wins have been hard to come by and today was no different.
head runner
The runner has to keep his head up in that situation.
