Alan Stuart Trammellis an American former professional baseball shortstop for the Detroit Tigers. He currently serves as a special assistant to the Detroit Tigers. Trammell, nicknamed "Tram", played his entire career with the Tigers, highlighted by a World Series championship in 1984 and an American League East division championship in 1987. It's not unfamiliar for me to come into a situation where you're not expected to win the World Series, ... I'm not afraid to work. I like working with young players. That part doesn't faze me all.

It's not easy right now. My stomach, I've got a knot. I don't like it at all. I am in charge so it is my responsibility. It bothers me. I'd love it to stop as quick as it possibly could.
