doctor examined rest today
It's really just precautionary. He was examined by a doctor today and rest was prescribed.
arguably happened knows might
It was a big play. Who knows what might have happened after that? If he doesn't make that play, we could have arguably scored two runs.

It was like, 'Did I just see that?' ... We've got the bases loaded and we're all excited. Seconds later ... Wow!

It toughens you up. Sometimes you go into little streaks of, why is this and this happening? I'm past that. If I'm going to be a manager and do this for a long period, these are things that can help. I want to look at some good times, but I've been through some tough things. I've stood up, and I handled them.
believe
They believe they are going to get the thing done.
hold smoked
That first inning was really a big inning. Dmitri smoked it. We couldn't hold 'em after that.
That first inning could have been something to get you going, ... But then it was, 'Ah! Here we go again.'
