There have been a couple times I thought I would give up.

We moved it around. Had a couple of chances, but the first day we worked on it was today. You can't expect miracles out of it.

It was one of those games that even though you lose you're happy with the way your team played. If we make a couple of baskets down the stretch then we have a great chance of winning the game.
Without the volunteers, we couldn't even think of having a season.

It gets mentioned all throughout the year. Everybody wants to know when those BBC games are. All day at school everybody's telling me, 'I want 30 points or 50 points.' Everybody is looking forward to it.
armstrong cancelled chances coach college dead entire feeling iowa remember spent stupid terrible time weekend
I remember one time (Ozark assistant) coach (Kevin) Armstrong was going to take me to a tryout for a coach at a college in Iowa and I spent the entire weekend partying. I was just feeling dead and terrible and called him up and cancelled the trip. I just think back to how stupid I was to take away all of those chances I had.
In the short-term it's interesting. In the long-term, it's good. The more things we have going on, the better it is for the community.
festival fun says seemed
Everyone always says they need to have something to do in January. A film festival seemed like a fun thing.

They've been really supportive of me. It's been a healthy situation for me.

If he starts making a couple, they all start going in. It's the same way when we play after-school pickup games. He's the sparkplug for us a lot of times.
calm looks net past scoring tough
We had some scoring chances, but it's tough to get it past Luongo. He looks very calm in the net and you look at their coaches, they look very calm over there.
effort guys hearts played terrific
No, not at all. Our effort was terrific out there. Our guys played their hearts out.
beat court job nice post smaller team time
We're a smaller team so we can't go down the court every time and try to post them up. We have to try to beat them down the court and we did a nice job of that tonight.

I think that's the decision they have to make. It could be a month, it could be longer ... I'm not sure.
