I usually stop and ask them if they've ever seen me give them a ticket or tow their car. I tell them not to get mad at my uniform, because I'm an individual person, and I'm going to treat them with respect and fairness if they act the same towards me.

I wanted him to wrestle. When college scouts saw him on tape, it was already a no-brainer. But once they saw him on the wrestling mat, taking on and beating kids bigger than him, their interest grew to even greater lengths.

Sometimes you encounter a person who firmly believes that listing agents will recommend too low a price just to get a quick sale. But the fact that agents are paid on a percentage commission is one reason they don't like to do that.
